It has not really felt like Fall here in Southern Jersey. In fact, most days it has felt like summer still. Granted, the forecast shows it will be in the high 70s through this week AGAIN but this morning Rella wore a hoodie and when the sun was behind the clouds it actually felt a wee bit chilly. A few trees are starting to change color and I am totally ready for the canopies on our cul de sac to burst into vibrant hues.
The pumpkins are peeking out of the farm stands, the carmel dip at the grocery store is on sale, and the costumes are on display in Target. I'm ready to say "Happy Fall!"
Not too chilly to have a picnic lunch with our neighbor right before PM pre-K.
I was totally loving it today. In fact, I might start digging out the Halloween decorations tonight! In the meanwhile, I need to figure out what to do with all these apples. Unfortunately three of the four girls won't eat them, so I might be knocking on some doors giving away apple crisps.
