Weekend Wrap Up

The weekend didn't exactly turn out how I necessarily planned or expected.  A few things fell through, a few things came as a pleasant surprise.  The kids were happy just to be able to play...







... as were the adults.  We had an unpresidented afternoon alone after leaving the kids with a sitter to go to our local winery's Grand Finale Concert and wine tasting.  We ran into friends there which made the day even better.  It's good to feel refreshed after a long week with Dr. Fabulous out of town.  It's good to spend time feeling like a grown up again.  We should, and will, do this more often.
