tHERsDay

A day late, a buck short.  Here's tHERsDay, on Friday.

After 2 years of wearing a back brace for 18-20 hours a day, my girl is OUT of the brace FOREVER!!!

Welcome back, jeans.  Welcome back.

She did the best job during an X-ray she has EVER done. Rella was a good girl too as she tagged along for the 2 hour appointment and 45 minute car ride to Philly each way.  It was a long but relatively painless morning only to hear the best news we've heard in a while, when it comes to CB that is.

She's done growing.  No need to wear the brace any longer.  Fingers crossed it doesn't progress.

I was so happy that after dropping her off at school, I went straight to Target and bought a ton of new clothes.  The sweat pants and oversized shirts are gone.  Welcome Fashion!  I have been so looking forward to her wearing jeans again.

Have I mentioned how stoked I am?  No?  Well, I am.  Only second to CB who can sleep without her corset on tonight.  I love to celebrate the small victories in life.

I don't think that's a "small victory" at all. It's wonderful and her jeans are so cute. I love the back pockets and stitching :)

Wonderful news!! Definitely something to celebrate-and no small thing in my opinion!

She looks GOOOOOOD! One of the few superficial pleasures I have with Sophie is clothes -- I spare nothing with them so I totally get your joy --

Good news is always good to hear. Yay jeans! Yay fashion!

I've been busy and gotten behind in my reading, so wanted to make sure to say hello as I've been visiting for a while, catching up with you tonight. (see, insomnia is good for SOME things)
